Delivery is free across the UK, with orders arriving within 6 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, tracked with Royal Mail.

You have 14 days from receiving your delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Please submit your request through our Returns or Exchanges page. If you are unable to use it, you can contact us at support@outveil.co.uk. Items sent back without a request being accepted first will not be processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
