Delivery is free across the UK, with orders arriving within 6 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, tracked with Royal Mail.

You have 14 days from receiving your delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Please submit your request through our Returns or Exchanges page. If you are unable to use it, you can contact us at support@outveil.co.uk. Items sent back without a request being accepted first will not be processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Yes, our products are made from waterproof or water-repellent fabrics, depending on the model, their protection rating and features are specified on each product page.

Our gear is designed to layer : we recommend sizing up if you're between sizes or planning to wear a mid-layer underneath. Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose.
